It's afternoon, and this headache should be swayed by a generous application of caffiene. Today I bought dvds for some low impact exercise. My recent conversation with my mother regarding heart disease in the women of our family left a nervous sensation in my stomach. (Almost as bad as how my heart rate goes up just thinking about going to the dentist.) So I've decided to try getting up early a few days a week and working on this in the relative safety of my living room. More than anything, I'd like to have the flexibility I had back in the day so I can do the splits all the way down on the floor again.

Hung out at Flightpath this afternoon. The coffee is good but I don't like the patio at all. Why oh why does my favorite place have to be so far away? Yargh. The other night I found myself watching reruns of Rollergirls on A&E. I wonder what it does for national perception of my city. I confess a small crush on Lux, even though she has that certain sort of personality that I find intimidating.
