I really want to eat at Capitol Brasserie. Perhaps I'll get dressed up and take myself there for my birthday. My dad used to take me out every year for my birthday when I was little, and I really coveted that time. Last year I remember begging my former husband to take me to dinner. There's not really anyone to take that place in my life, which makes me sort of sad. I know, I'll be twenty six this year and I shouldn't whine. I just really like being taken out to dinner.

Melynda and Tyler have birthdays next week. I wrapped some birthday presents today. I'm trying to organize the going out for celebrating of those two birthdays. Dinner was no problem really, but trying to find a bar that meets our needs is proving a pain in the ass. I have a week to figure it out though.
