Oh I know. A ridiculous extravagence. But dear god, how much do I want those? Transmetropolitan was the comic that made me cry, gasping little sobs on the bus going home from the university. Spider was my post apocalypse hero. He was the demon to my Peter Jennings angel. Ahh, Spider.

I really want those glasses.

I had 2 pairs. I gave one pair to J. Grant ( FLEM comics & Two Lumps ( which you must read ) for his Spider J Costume.

I also have a Spider J Action figgure. Complete with smoking cat.

My evil ex dressed as Spider for halloween last year, and it was completely dead on. I was a little pissed we didn't hook up that night, cause that was certainly the closest I'll ever come to fucking Spider Jerusalem. Oh well.
