Did I really see that?

A perfect night for X-Files, with lightning and storms outside. I sat on the floor in the dark. Cheering Skinner on in the FBI parking garage scene with Krychek. Jumping up into the air at the final ten minutes. Closure! Blessed closure! Wow!

Now I can stop being American and quit watching TV. Those final moments were all I ever wanted, after eight years of watching X-Files.

What "final" moments? There is to be a ninth season (albeit without Mulder).

You oughta be back in plenty of time for the season premiere, no?

Also, I'd be interested in knowing what the show is called in the part of the world you're traveling to. (In Russia, the series is called Ñåêðåòíûå ìàòåðèàëû.)

The last couple minutes of the show, where Mulder & Scully are talking about the baby. That kiss we've been arguing about for years already. ;)

Hopefully I'll be back for the ninth season. I'll check on the Czech translations.

Well... in brief.

Skinner shot Krychek in the head. This happened after it was revealed that Krychek was in cahoots with the alien agents at the FBI to find Scully. Doggett was running around like crazy being confused for most of the show. Skinner recieved a concussion from our dear friend Billy Myles, who survived the trash compacter. Alien agents tracked Scully and Agent Reyes to Georgia, where Scully gave birth in the place where Agent Doggett was born. Mulder followed a light in the sky to find Scully by helicopter, and managed to get her to the hospital.

Scully had a healthy baby boy, and the aliens didn't take him, perhaps because he wasn't what they thought. And now for the ending... The baby is named William after Mulder's father. Because it's Mulder's son! They shared a kiss while holding the baby at the end of the show.

In a nut shell... ;)
