i vote house. especially if i lived in austin, and wanted to stay there. HOUSE, HOUSE, HOUSE :)(which *i* so would!)
that would put me in the same city at brother's little baby too :) golly i love that baby!
but if this was actually me (the me that is NOT living or moving to austin, and the me that already has a little townhouse) it would buy a used car, fund a couple (one for each) roth retirement accounts for this year, fantasy babymaking tour of italy.
