Oh dear lord work is stupid and insane. This week needs to be done right now. This evening has been redeemed by watching House, eating leftover Chinese food, listening to the incredibly awesome mix cd Sarah made for me with my most favorite Snow Patrol song ever, and a big slice of chocolate cake courtesy of my mother. Now I'm just going to watch osme Project Runway and try to relax.

Carnaval Diabolique has begun. I'm full of longing. I want to have The Candy Butcher, Gennivre, and Theodosius. Ooof, but I can't justify the purchase right now. Full of longing!

So make a wish list, post it, & hope. They say that deferring pleasure is good for self-discipline.

Or at least, they did before advertisers decided that instant gratification was THE thing, & others decided that 'discipline' was a dirty word!

Pity you can't borrow scents from the library, like you can books!
