best morning ever

Few things make a morning so lovely as waking up to someone making coffee and homemade breakfast tacos with crispy bacon and roasted potato. Happiness!

I like to have potato in my breakfast taco, and for me that's usually always been hashbrowns. But my roommate makes some seriously tasty roasted potato bits, so we use those instead.
