I don't buy that argument at all - this is about regulations of traffic and road use. If we're going to have laws about using vehicles, how fast you go, when you stop, when you go, then why is it a greater infringement of freedom to have laws about safety regulations for the use of cars, bikes, motorcycles? That makes no sense to me.
