I still do not understand why people think wearing a helmet is going to make people not want to ride bikes. Wearing helmets doesn't make people not ride the luge, wearing seatbelts doesn't make people not drive, etc. I just honestly don't understand that argument.
I agree that it would be nice to see some information on the effectiveness of helmet laws.
