Well there is a mystery solved. My voicemail was apparently somehow corrupted, in a way that baffled the phone people. Then it turns out I'm calling the wrong voicemail retrieval number. Fortunately, they figured all this out in relatively short order and now it's fixed. So if you've been unable to leave me a message in the past three weeks, now you can.
