Texas has a rich Czech history, and central Texas has many little Czech towns, many of them near Austin. You probably wouldn't notice their Czech character, except that in these towns they sell kolaches in the convenience store. In the fall, when you long for old Prague, you may feel a little better (okay, a tiny bit better) if you czech out the Czhilispiel in Flatonia.
