pralines

My pecan praline cake is in the oven. Pralines are so easy to make, I don't know why I don't do that more often. Mmm pecan pralines. I hope this cake comes out. I had to run back to the store for heavy cream today. (I plan on making a whipped cream sugar topping for it. Though I am slightly concerned about the stability and shelf life of said topping. I thnk the cake will have to stay in the fridge.)

The best part of baking things if being able to lick the bowl. I love cake batter. Mmmmm.

So, why the hell did no one tell me they have Sonic on Nintendo's Wii?? Now, I am in an agony of Wii desire. I want to play Sonic with this crazy new controller.
