I had this idea that I would go to work several hours early. That didn't happen. For some reason I was exhausted and slept nearly ten hours. I did end up an hour early, only to realize I have training scheduled for Monday and didn't even really need to be here anyway. Oi. So I'm just going to work half the day and flex the other time out over the week.

But it was worth it this morning, see the eastern sky purple and peach colored as the sun slid up over the clouds. So beautiful.

Something is not right with the world. One of my coworkers was hit by a bus yesterday, my boss's dog is deathly ill, work remains unapologetically busy. I am going to blame the full moon and eclipse.
