the pies of texas are upon you

Bud Royer of Round Top Cafe is doing a cooking class at Centrla Market next week on the pies of Texas. (Including peach pie!!!!) I'm deeply sad that it is in the middle of the day and I'll be stuck at work instead of learning to make Bud's pies. Damn it. Damn you universe!!

(I have this craving for peach pie so strong and visceral that I could just scream.)
