threeplusfireI guess I won't have to kill Steven, because it really is sunny today. I am so glad. This means I am going to the lake! I am going to the lake, and I'm going to swim naked, and then I'm going to lay on a rock like a lizard in the sun. Awesome. I have been wanting this day for weeks now. With all the rain lately, the lake should be a little higher and slighty warmer this go round.
This morning I applied for an awesome job where they were looking for a journalism background. I really don't think I'll get it, but I applied anyway. also, I applied for a job being a trainer for the department of Aging & Disability services because they pay way way way more than my office. I'm just going to start applying for any job I like the sound of that has a salary twice what I'm making now.
I love my work, you know. I love being able to help people. But my office environment is not good, and damn it all, I think I'm old enough to stop working weekends.
