attack of the puppies
I spent a couple hours playing games before I ventured out of doors. It continues to be muggy and sticky. It rained off and on a couple times. One drive, the rain came down so furiously I could barely see the car ahead of me. It's time to stop the rain. The lake is well of 700 feet and still rising. My mother's backyard is soggy and spongy. Puppies + mud = insanity.
I love the puppies. I must spend more time with puppies.
The sky coming home was a mix of lead grey, white puffs of moisture and robin egg blue. That song about God being one of us was playing on the radio, and it was so beautiful it would have broken your heart to see the world rushing by.
I packed another ten boxes or so, which took out most of the books. Oh I hate packing.

Puppies make everything better. Oh, and your mom looks gorgeous in that last pic. The smile is so easy.
