I had an interview this morning for the peer trainer position at work. I am very unsure about it. I don't know if I did well or not. The training bosses are inscrutable beyond the normal friendliness. I am writing up the inbasket exercise now, and we shall see. I haven't heard anything from the company I sent my resume to, which makes me sad but it was a long shot anyhow. Still, getting paid to do product research and writing? Sounds like the best job ever.

Don't necessarily write off the other company. You just sent them your resume on Thursday, so it hasn't even been a week yet.

Just in the past two weeks, I've received letters and emails about jobs I applied for in February, so who knows how long it could take them to get in touch with you.

You've got to be kidding me. Six months? That's insane.

Though if DC calls, I say jump ship. ;)
