So when Tyler packed up all his stuff and moved this weekend, he completely forgot the cabinet that held the liquor. I now possess an almost full bottle of Knob Creek. Mwuhahaha.

I tossed a big salmon filet in a bag with some bourbon, olive oil, and a little salt, and let it sit in the fridge for a while before throwing it on the grill. I'd imagine it would work pretty well in the oven too. Next time I'll probably add some garlic and maybe a little honey.
