I'm having a hard time verifying the story via Google to my satisfaction, but if it's true that's just sickening.
What's worse is that it reminds me of a case we had here in the UK a year or two ago -- a girl had a falling-out with a friend, and the friend's parents began a campaign of bullying against the girl's family that ended when they through a firebomb in her house and killed both her parents. It is utterly appalling, what adults will do to children.
