sore, and lame

For some reason I thought it was Thursday. Then I realized it was Friday and I missed a lunch date with my friends Stacy and Kirby. Oh my. I am the lame. Giant apologies are in the works, constructed of the shiny. I feel so bad about being such a total flake about lunch.

I am also sore in my triceps and shoulders from a super hard workout.
