still working on my morning cup

For years, I slept seven hours or less a night. It was unusual for me to sleep more than nine hours at a stretch, and even sleeping I hardly ever went past 9am. Today I crawled out of bed at 11am, slightly horrified that I slept at least ten hours and so late. I don't know what it is. The only other time in my life I recall sleeping so much was when I was about fifteen and horribly depressed. That certainly isn't the case now. Regardless of what it is, it is making my life difficult. I'm not even registering the alarm clock in the mornings.

Dreams last night were apocalyptic in nature. Strange, strange.
