When they aren't telling stories, some customers express a staggering amount of entitlement.
That sense of entitlement bleeds into everything. And, you know, it's one thing when it involves a PRODUCT, but when people start trying to pull that shit when it involves a PERSON, that's when I get really, really pissed off.
