Ostensibly it is a writing game/competition/exercise. Each week there is a topic, you write an entry, and there's a vote. Person with least votes goes home. Super death cage match at the end. Well, maybe. Here's the community
You can also just play along "at home" as it were, writing on the topics but not being in the vote.
To some degree there's middle school clan behavior and in some ways it is a popularity contest. But, what the hell. I need out of my rut.
