It is the little things

McCain seems worked up about that bear DNA study in Montana. I think however three million dollars is sort of paltry in comparison to the billions of dollars spent on the war.

I also think McCain's harping on "look at the record" and holding himself up as a moral standard bearer is a bit absurd. What a fucking liar. Switching votes on the political winds is one thing but compromising one's moral standards is another and that's what I feel McCain did by voting to allow torture.

When he interrupts or tries to make snide jokes, his face crinkles up in a way not unlike Shrub.

Speaking of little things, one of the ABC commentators afterwards said that 18 million in earmarks is a "rounding error" in terms of the federal budget, but McCain kept harping on how he'd save us from the evil, evil earmarks.

I'm aware that I may be a biased listener, but it seemed like Obama's answers on the whole more specifically addressed the questions asked than McCain's did.
