Ever since I made щи week before last I've been thinking that a kettle of борщт was about to follow it, and yesterday I picked up the missing ingredients (parsnips, marrow bones, bacon ends) at Fiesta. So борщт is going to happen as soon as I get back from Dallas--probably on Sunday.
