I slept about five hours and woke up in the early morning dark. If I stayed there, I would spend all the time clenching my jaw and trying to force sleep. So I bowed to the inevitable, took a shower and went grocery shopping. It's nice so early in the morning as there are so few people.

Now I have to nap at some point before I go to the movies this evening, because falling asleep there would be embarrassing.

You did the right thing in getting up. I wish I'd done the same. I'm sitting here now totally unrested, with a splitting headache.
