endless iterations

I have bought fresh Hatch green chiles 3 times this month. I roast them and then put them in my freezer to have for later. I learned my lesson last year about wearing gloves. My hands were tingling for at least an hour after I handled them without gloves.

And thank you, thinking about this reminded me to put new rubber gloves on my grocery list for tomorrow.
