at last, explained

I give the internet a lot of grief for things like Facebook but some days I am super grateful for the weird, time machine memory it contains. I finally re-discovered the truly bizarre, post apocalyptic video series I watched in elementary school to learn about libraries and the Dewey decimal system. It was called Tomes & Talismans and it was one of those strange, terrible things that informs a lifetime. It's apparently on DVD and iTunes and Youtube now.

I would swear I never saw this and yet, the title sounds eerily familiar...

I remember this one. Creepy to the max, that music is still in my head!

Oh my God, this sounds like the worst thing ever.

HOLY CRAP.

I'd thought I'd hallucinated this thing. Nobody else ever remembered it. (This same thing happened with "Fish Heads" by Barnes and Barnes, incidentally.)

You've just brought me a whole lot of...well, not joy as such, but at least the comfort of knowing that NO REALLY, this actually happened.
