We like Kinesises here for people who have trouble, but they do take some adjustment time. And they're *expensive*.
I have used (for 10+ years now) the *original* Microsoft Natural keyboard at work (and previously at home too). It raises in the front, has the "regular" inverted T arrow key layout, and a full number pad.
I have a spare at home I can lend (give?) you if you'd like to try it out. It's PS2, but works just fine with a PS2->USB adapter if that is necessary.
