We have these neighbors across the street and one house over. The guy washes his car all the time. Of course washing the car requires all the windows to be closed. So he cranks the stereo in his car so that it is audible outside the car. Dude, just get a goddamn ipod or something. Having to listen to the annoying bass beat of this terrible rap music for hours kills me. Nothing so irrationally and completely vexes me as the annoying thump of someone's music. This is why I own a house, so I don't have to share a wall and put up with this crap. The fact that I can hear it inside is pretty ridiculous given how insulated and quiet our house generally is - I have to open the door to hear it rain. I've been listening to this annoying thing for two hours.

It's not irrational to be vexed by the waste of water when the Southwest has suffered some serious droughts recently! (Also, I report my neighbors with a vengence to the city when the mandatory watering restrictions are in place, especially the douche down the street who likes to wash his driveway. Get a broom!)

Washes his driveway? Good gravy, are people tracking MUD onto it from inside?

What makes that extra hilarious is that he parks this giant, jacked up pick-up truck that he obviously uses to go mudding with in said driveway. IT IS ALL HIS OWN FAULT!
