dark chocolate brownies

One of Mike's coworkers is leaving and I offered to make a special dessert. Behold dark chocolate brownies, topped with a chocolate ganache and coconut. It looks quite pretty!

(I can attest that the ganache was lovely - I often don't even end up eating the stuff I make. I send it to work with Mike.)
