I'm looking forward to Christmas eve dinner, to staying up late to giving Mike his presents and unwrapping mine. I'm looking forward to seeing Sarah, who is like the sister I never had. Even the cloudy weather doesn't bring me down, because it goes well with the cold.

Now if I can just finish my Yuletide story! OH GOD YULETIDE IS COMING

Our charitable Christmas gifts seem to have gone over really well with various relatives. I hope Mike's cousins like the bat packages. I've bought gifts for Child's Play, and donated to Yogcast's Goats for Oxfam project (both Simon & Lewis have read my name when doing thank you messages on the livestream, so that's my moment of fannish glee for the year), and I even managed to give away some cookies, jam and pears. Now to just buy some snacks and stuff for Christmas and I think I'll be ready.

I love December!

I would pay good money to see someone turn some unruly goats loose in airport security.

I went sort of nuts on the present front this year. It was awesome.
