So today I had my consult with a surgeon about top surgery. It is happening on the 17th, which is less than two weeks away. I didn't expect it to happen to fast, but there you go. I'm really, really fucking excited. Goodbye life of sports bras and sadness, hello new chest.

Congratulations! A good friend of mine had this done but he had to wait months for surgery so I'm very impressed they're doing it so quickly.

Thank you! I was surprised too, but I suppose that's the benefit of it being elective surgery. If the insurance company isn't going to pay for it, then you may as well get to have it when you want it!
