threeplusfireIt is hot, and humid. Standing at work this morning, my manager's agenda began to wilt and curl. I felt bad for the guys we hired to repair some of the trim on the siding and prep everything to be painted. I wouldn't want to be working out there.
By this time next week it will look quite nice.
My legs ache from the gym, and running around at work. I'm trying to build up the muscles in my hips, in some vain hope of preventing the awful pain from returning. I have to stop when it starts throbbing though, or I won't be able to sleep. I have leveled up some and I can move heavier weights than I could before. It is still a sad, small amount but I remind myself that when I started the heaviest thing I could lift over my head was twenty pounds.
