Charlize. She's just so gorgeous in her ability to convey a character, even in a crap movie, in an ugly person role or a beautiful person role or a bad ass role or just standing in front of a camera modeling clothes. She's got that special something that draws me in. I'd like to see her as she ages and hope she does it naturally with a minimum of cosmetic intervention.
