Much dreaming, of death and wandering in bars that were half Austin, half Prague.

Now I'm wondering at the sheer number of cable channels we have. I feel obscure guilt for paying that bill.

Tonight I'm going down to Hole in the Wall to see Stickpony and Trigger Happy. Should be fun. I have to close tonight but I can still make it.

Watching the news again. I'm disturbed about the Guantanamo Bay prison camp. I suppose I understand the logic, the security. No place in America would be safe for the Afghan prisoners, I think. There is a perverse humor is assigning female troops to guard duty as well. The razor wire and chain cages are open to the elements, except for a roof.

I'm dry, and thirsty.
