punching the wall
Jan. 18th, 2002 10:08 pmLots of class.
"Because grey is boring!"
Work was exhausting, physically. The new fixtures are in, and it require much drilling on my part and Mike's, because someone nailed two shelves together without matching them up properly. So none of the pegs would go through. Using the drill, and punching the backboards with my bare fist to flatten the slightly warped wood, were the highlights of my day. Sometimes, I almost wish I just had a job that required no customer service, no thinking, just labor. It would be good for my head, and I could spend my thinking moments on real things instead of work.
My right hand is bruised I think. Oops. I am not really concerned. Melynda and I are going to Dog & Duck.
