It took almost two hours to straighten out the drawer this afternoon. Damn credit cards slips. Work was restless. Too many people, too little to do. Much disturbance in the waters.

To Metro afterwards, for cards and coffee. My exciting Saturday night routine. I feel almost sick now. Perhaps too much caffiene. I put off my grocery trip til tomorrow.

I can't wait til I live in a genuine urban area where I will not need a car. Driving encourages a certain recklessness that I can ill afford. Windows down tonight, and the cold wind my my jaw tremble so violently I bit the inside of my cheek. The copper taste of blood and pain. I think I finally blew my speakers on Gene's cd too. Track 1, 5 and 6.

One of my coworkers is getting married in Vegas on Halloween by and Elvis impersonator. That's his thing, so I'm happy for them.

I wish I could use my computer in the bath tub.
