perhaps I should have stayed in Metro

The light is somehow off, perhaps the angle is wrong. In places the sky shades towards green, in others it is purple. I could not see the lane dividers on Mopac and drove 45mph. The water was coming down so thick that it couldn't run off the street fast enough, so my wheels would kick more onto my windshield. Coming over the flyover to 183, I felt like I could have reached out my window and touched the clouds fingers hanging down. There was lightning, everywhere at once.

But my little yellow rose made it safely home, so it's not so bad.

So far, according to the internet, I'm a Social Realist, kinda evil, definitely black hearted, I should be hanging out with the undead, and various other insane things. I knew there was a reason I never come home this early. I suppose I should be working on any of the million things I need to do, but what is the fun in that?
