why do I not live there?

Sometimes, it pains me beyond measure that the only thing I could choose to believe in does not exist.

Watched the new trailer for the Two Towers today, and it looks even more exciting. I can't wait for this.

The sky hangs grey outside, and a little damp, making it hard to summon up the energy to clean the fridge or work on my story. I'm still tired, from the dreaming.

Some things are more real than others.

We are watching The Fellowship of the Ring again, for Gandalf's dark eyes and Frodo's confusion, for all the strange stirrings of the soul it produces. I am quite sad inside today.

Melynda is quite sick, asthmatic bronchitis. I'm keeping her company on the couch here, running some errands, looking at job listings. Mostly wishing I could just ride cross country for a good reason.

Some photos appeared in the mail today, from Italy. They are from the infamous nightclub incident in Brno. I am amused.
