Unbelievable. There's snow on the ground outside, and on the bushes, and the cars, and I made a real snowball which Melynda threw at me. So cool! We jumped up and down and squeaked like excited kids.
It's really beautiful, falling form the blue-black sky. I stared upwards, and it felt like I was falling into space. Amazing.

Feb. 8th, 2003 08:35 pmI think I've watched this movie three or four times now, just today. Laziness, purely. I should have gone to the video store this morning.
When I spoke to my mother, she was upset that another member of my family had learned of the situation with my sister through what I posted in my journal. Mostly she worries about the news upsetting my grandmother, who has been sick recently. But I feel weird hiding that information, or lying about it. There are too many family secrets already for me to want to contribute to any more.
I suppose perhaps I could write a caveat at the top. Read at your own peril if your life intersects with my own.
My sister did stop by the house yesterday. She told my mother a story that is likely false, because it is over the top and ridiculous. The short of it is that she refuses to give up Dimwit. So my mother has given her a certain amount of time to have the title of the car transferred into her name, and she's pulling her off the insurance. My sister no longer has a key to the house.
It's stupid and horrible, in truth. She's screwing her life up badly.
So life goes on, much as it always has.
