Jul. 25th, 2004 09:13 amLast night I could actually see the Milky Way, running right over the house. It gets dark out here, in a way it is never dark in the city.
We sat in the hot tub and avoided the daddy-long-legs walking every where. There was a scorpion on the path out front last night, and yesterday I must have seen two dozen deer wandering through the neighborhoods. There were many little ones with spots.
From the swimming pool, you can seen the twenty five room house with the red tile roof up on top of the hill. It has a gazebo. I want to live up there, and wave strange flags from the turret.
Cate's house is the same as it ever was - peaceful.
