(no subject)

I did a lot of thinking in the car on the way home from the lab this morning. It's not the actual needle prick that I mind so much. It's all the build up to that point. Tapping my arm, tying it tightly with that rubber band, rattling around vials. Just stick me for gods sake and be done with it already.

In less exciting news I am drinking more water. Water with lemon, at that. I've done laundry and washed dishes today, and there is more cleaning ahead. I have a tiny acorn on my desk.
