Dec. 29th, 2004 09:26 amI had long strange dreams last night. The only part that was nice was where Michael Stipe was my friend, and we were baking candies together in the kitchen.
I had to take some hydrocodone to kill the pain in my arm. The muscles were cramping and jerking, and for the last hour of the movie I was tense all over trying not to just cry out. I slept with an ice pack on my arm, and that really seemed to help.
We watched Troy last night with the inlaws at the hotel. A pretty movie, but missing weird important chunks in my mind. How can you have the story of Troy and not include the gods or Cassandra? Hello? Achilles' death is totally wacked out if you don't reference the legend. Nice shot of Brad Pitt's ass though. Orlando made for a pretty, craven Paris. Overall, not great but a hell of a lot better than that terrible movie I saw over the weekend.
I am three minutes away from taking the head off my constantly complaining and persecuted coworker. She's really laying it on thick today. Meanwhile, one of my nicer coworkers gave me a bath poofy thing and we discussed our love of BPAL.
