(no subject)

Our neighbor in the apartment next door to us has a large blue sign in his window that reads "Shoplifters Will Be Prosecuted." I can't fathom why he has this up, except that perhaps he brought it home from work and thought it funny or part of an inside joke.

I have so much homework I haven't started yet. Partially because I have to go through a doctor's booklet with detailed diagrams of injuries. Looking at the pictures is what kills me.

I was going to make some dinner after I finished preparing little tupperware dishes full of saffron rice and chicken for lunches. But I just spent an hour reading about burn patterns, broken bones and head injuries in small children in such graphic and clinical detail that I think I just want to throw up instead.
