It's good to see that the Nigerian bank account email scam has gotten a makeover. Now the email comes from a Hong Kong Bank, and it offers you a slice of an Iraqi general's twenty four million. Well aside formt he glaringly obvious, they make a huge mistake with the timeline of the war in Iraq. Still you can't help but wonder how many people will be foolish enough to fall into this trap.

The Statesman has a photo of a car that was crushed between a wall and semi this afternoon. They had I25 shut down for three hours during peak traffic times today. I'm glad I don't live in Round Rock. Semis make me nervous.

Work was alright today. Lots of weird questions. I took a call yesterday about a woman who couldn't pay for her drugs, so the drug dealer kidnapped her child. I wonder about it, and if that child is even alive. Mom never called the police, perhaps out of fear. Who knows. It was really baffling and sad. my work buddy Josh took another awful child death call. He was pretty rattled.

I'm so tired. I have a bottle of minty syrupy goodness to add to all beverages. I helped Alan chat in Russian in MXO, which was funny.
