My computer has crashed out twice today. There was an email about how we have yet another virus pop up inside the network. So I imagine they were working on that, and the data entry system crapped out. Fun times! Lucky for me, I'm fast so it doesn't make too much a difference for me.

I'm documenting my calls, like Stacy did in a recent entry. You can read that here. So I'll update later and you can see what a normal day (with computer crashes) looks like for me. It's interesting to me, and I imagine it will be interesting to some other folks.
