what's the story morning glory?
Dec. 28th, 2005 09:50 amLast night's dreams were way weird. It was like some awful episode of House, and Hugh Laurie was there, and the hospital was half flooded, and oh my god the screaming. (I don't see any point in writing about these dreams coherently, as I don't remember them coherently.) Not quite as stimulating as the previous night's dream, but i'll take what I can get. At least I didn't have Tyler's dream about protecting privacy rights.
We ended up back at the Drafthouse last night, because there was no trivia at Mother Egan's. So we just sat around and had weird cross conversations, ignored a very stinky bum, admired the ice spikes on Sam's crutches, talked about vehicles, played a game of Shanghai, drank beers and were generally funny people. It was good. I ran into Clock as I was leaving, which was completely random. Sometimes I really miss that college time and the easy camraderie of living as fairly irresponsible students. I'm not one of those people who would ever repeat high school, but I could use a couple more years of college.
My burn is healing up nicley, though I think it will scar on the bottom edge. I'm not as accident prone as I used to be, but damn.
I need to hang up my calenders so I can revel in the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit goodness.
