Royally hot and humid outside, it feels like summer. Now all we need is a cool front to swoop in and start tornados. I dragged myself out of bed early this morning for my follow up dental appointment. They smoothed out a filling, and cleaned my teeth. My gums are looking better, which makes me happy. Anyway, the dentist hassled me about flossing and told me to get an electric toothbrush. We'll see how that goes. They did give me peppermint lip balm though, so it wasn't all bad.

I went grocery shopping alone, which meant I spent at least an hour wandering aimlessly in the aisles. I managed to get everything on the list, as well as stuff to make salsa and the ingredients for baking. My belly aches from a lunch consisting only of chips and salsa, lots of salsa. I baked a pan of mint chocolate brownies this afternoon, and they seem to be doing alright. I think I'm getting the hang of balancing my wet and dry ingredients with this funky oven.

My WoW characters were transferred over to Norgannon this morning. Goodbye Shadowsong. I need to make a WoW related icon.

The rest of the afternoon has been spent in sloth. (Well, it was trouble lugging up groceries.) I've just been laying around, reading some Pearl S Buck and watching bad bad bad movies. I watched Constantine last night and delighted in Keanu Reeves getting wet and beaten up a lot.
