I would like to stop waking up at 6:30 in the morning. This is far too early, and only contributes to this general feeling of unease.

The only problem with the low call volume in my mind is that it allows the truly psycho nut jobs to get through that much easier. They don't get bored or distracted during long hold times, so they are waiting on the phone to make my head hurt. I'm really damned sorry I'm not taking a child abuse report because the mother makes the kid wash dishes and clean toliets. Sorry! Argh.
